jeanmasonPRINT is a wife & wife printmaking studio based in the Bay Area, CA & Philadelphia, PA. Founded by Jean, a classic millenial-urban-nomad who spent all of her adult years moving from one city to another, jeanmasonPRINT creates items for the home that allow all of us to take a small piece of every city with us. There is always a unique palette of people, buildings, foliage, food, garments, traffic - the stuff of daily life - that has served as the inspiration for our tea towels. Originally a printmaker, Jean started designing and printing tea towels to honor and remember places she lived, but as the business grew started expanding into other cities as well. We like to design the towels with easy-to-recognize landmarks mixed with the small inside jokes about a city that only locals would know, making the product really fun and meaningful in the home for tourists and locals alike.
