About ZINC Designs

ZINC Designs’ owner Ilysa Albright started designing jewelry several years ago as a way to cope with anxiety and depression. It has been a creative outlet to bring calm and peace to her life. The name ZINC represents the initials of Ilysa, her husband and two sons. The peacock feather in our logo was chosen because it has been said that it is a symbol of peace, creativity and good luck. Personally, we love the beautiful colors. All pieces are handmade and not mass produced. You will find that no two pieces are exactly alike and most components are purchased from small businesses all over the world. Read their story
