Hair Bare is a UK-based beauty brand which offers pain free, relaxing hair removal all in one treatment. It was founded by beauty industry professional Julie Jacobs French in 2018. After more than 25 years in the beauty industry, she still struggled to find an effective yet painless form of hair removal for her salon clients.
