The Lambaudie Farm is managed by the Murray family. Originally from Britain, the Murrays have been in France since 2001. Andrew and Lisa are at the head of the farm, supported by their two sons, Jack and Samuel, who handle logistics and communication for direct product sales. Concerned about animal welfare and the quality of the meat it produces, this small-scale farm does everything possible to satisfy its customers while maintaining the comfort of the animals throughout their lives.
