Policies: Orders received before 12pm MST will ship the same day; after that, they will ship the next business day. Allow extra production time for 3oz bags, special roasts, and/or very large orders. Products damaged during transport will be replaced free of charge, provided proof of damage is submitted, such as a UPS damage report and photos. All damage or other problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will not take back orders due to a change of mind. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed, and if a product is not what you expected or up to expectations, we will replace it or issue a refund or credit.
