About Valley Walnut
Hey there— we're Sue and Geoff. We started Valley Walnut to make sure everyone had access to better tasting walnuts. Sue's dad created a process which gets rid of the bitterness of walnuts by removing the skin, using just water — no chemicals or artificial preservatives. For decades, he sold them wholesale throughout Asia. But after he had a heart attack (he's fine now!), we decided everyone should get to try them!

I've never had such DELICIOUS walnuts! No bitterness, as is typical of other brands, and they are also creamy, tender, and utterly satisfying. I already placed my second order, and added the Walnut Butter!
