Nootrient was founded by two healthcare professionals who saw a gap in how nutrition supports people who move, create, and perform. Through their work in physical therapy and clinical psychology, Tala and Parth worked closely with athletes and active individuals who were pushing their bodies and minds every day. Despite their dedication, many lacked the tools to properly support hydration, recovery, and long-term performance.
