Hey! I'm Erika and I created Gnista for cocktail lovers - those who like the challenging and complex taste of dark spirits and wines, but who want to skip alcohol (for the night or forever). We asked Scandinavia’s best bartenders and industry experts, ‘What characteristics should a non-alcoholic spirit definitely have?’ Based on their answers, we found there was a need for two different yet complementary liquids. The first, Floral Wormwood, is bitter with lots of tannins and a floral-herbal character (amaro/vermouth). And the other, Barreled Oak, is smoky and with a prominence of oak and warm spices (whisk(e)y/rum). In 2022 we launched 2 red proxies, and summer 2025 Pink Ginista was brought alive!
