WHAT'S IN A NAME? EVERYTHING! I started this company the same year that I lost both of my parents. When trying to decide on a name, I reached out to my sister and she sent me a few ideas. One of them was Biliece....a combination of my parents first names, Bill & Niece. It was perfect, it just felt right. A year later I am so proud to say that beautiful hair is our passion, and our passion shows in every hair care product that we create.
