Seeing the positive emotional and physical impacts of food on those living with Celiac disease as the co-founder of Glutino, Steven Singer, Founder of Fody, recognized a similar opportunity with an even larger, underserved community – the 1 in 7 people suffering from IBS or other digestive issues. ​In 2016, Fody Foods was launched with a mission of ensuring people could enjoy all the foods they love without worry of the after-effects. So bring on Taco Tuesdays, Spaghetti without the "regretti", and so many other delicious eating occasions that may have once seemed off limits.
