Our Story. Our Rage. Perhaps, to no surprise, PERI RAGE was started by a maladjusted writer who got hit by a sledgehammer of simultaneous perimenopause symptoms, including a wee bit of rage. Or maybe a lot. Much of it comes from brain fog, because it’s infuriating when words are your game and you can’t remember a phrase to turn. Much of it also comes from the fact that we know so little about perimenopause, and it all happened so suddenly, without warning. And much of that has to do with the fact that only 7% of health research has been done on women. That’s rage-inducing. We need more. Period. (Or soon to be, no period.) With more research, knowledge, and awareness, maybe the surprise and confusion of perimenopause won't sneak up on the next generation. These empty, decorative, rage-filled bottles are meant to spark conversation and lighten the mood - because we all need to laugh during this time. And, to make a bigger difference, 10% of our profits go towards women’s health research. Read their story
