A family story, a generational exchange between father and son. The history of Itoliva, since 2015, has been based on the development and research and selection of the various types of extra virgin olive oil with high professionalism and special attention to organic production. Here, from generation to generation, now the third with Locantore Antonio Michele, the secrets of caring for olive trees and how to select the best extra virgin olive oil are handed down, conquering an important space in the distribution and marketing of the product. Our company is characterized by its flexibility in its production processes and by its continuous research to improve all phases. Today, Itoliva jealously guards these teachings, combining the search for quality with the enhancement of the territory to which it belongs. The oil is in fact enclosed in rounded terracotta jars, whose shape is reminiscent of that of the olive. This is how a collection with a contemporary style was born, with innovative and bright colors that recall those of the “Beautiful Country”.
