About Munch

Munch is the definition of delicious! Located in Port Coquitlam BC, we have a passion for sharing our love of food with everyone we meet. Each nut that enters our door is delicately seasoned, fresh roasted and stone-ground to perfection. Since we first started operating in 2017, we’ve seen a great deal of change in the local food scene and we’re proud to be playing our part in helping to alter tastes and perceptions about what food should be. As Munch has grown over the years and expanded it's offerings it has remained a family effort with each nut butter made first and foremost for ourselves with just the right amount of love into every small batch. ​Read their story
