Amy and Rob Anderson began making chocolate in 2003 with one, 140-pound bag of cocoa beans from Venezuela. Today, Fresco Chocolate has received over 50 National and International awards for our dark, single origin chocolate bars. To make incredible chocolate we start with hand-picked cocoa beans grown by farmers in tropical regions who harvest and ferment their cocoa specifically for fine chocolate. Then, we minimally process this cocoa to highlight flavor notes unique to each cocoa growing area. By purposefully changing cocoa roasting times and chocolate conching levels, we create new chocolate flavors for you to experiences. Fresco Chocolate contains only three ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, and organic cocoa butter. Our chocolate is nut free, dairy free, soy free and gluten free. We also make 100% chocolate using only cocoa beans for those seeking a pure cocoa taste experience. Amy and Rob make every bar at their small chocolate kitchen in Lynden, WA. Every chocolate batch is hand-made, individually wrapped and shipped to you with love from the Pacific Northwest United States.
