Travel Cakes were born from a simple desire: to find the pleasure of “homemade” desserts by my grandmothers. I grew up in the middle of stoves and pots, where meals and snacks are real moments of sharing and conviviality. As a teenager, I quickly realized that culinary memories were going to be a strong marker for me in my life. So the voice was all traced. Trained as a patissier-chocolatier-calissoneur, I developed my know-how and learned the love of craftsmanship in large Provencal houses. Today I take up the challenge of awakening your memories and your taste buds with traditional cakes. The goal: Reconcile gluttony and eating well. Healthy and gourmet cakes, 100% artisanal, made with French but above all local products. Flour, egg, milk, honey, candied fruits, almonds,... all come from producers based in Provence. A strong commitment, whose ambition is to offer healthy and accessible pastries & delicacies, without neglecting quality. An approach that aims to respect local agriculture and consumers.
