Michelle Retik is the Chief Troublebaker and mad scientist in the kitchen. She went back to school after having a career in retail and then raising her 4 kids, to become a pastry chef - a passion and dream. Trained in the traditional French pastry, Michelle had to adapt her creations post graduation to grain free, gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free after being diagnosed with autoimmune disease. Today she is the BAD-ass baker behind B.A.D. Food Co., recreating some of the favorite childhood treats that evoke memories of fun and family. B.A.D. Food Co. - Better And Delicious! - was born out of Michelle's desire to feed her children cookies, cakes and treats that both tasted delicious and were better for them. Better And Delicious defies the expectations that if it is better for you, it can't be delicious, and if is delicious, it can't be good for you. Want both? We say Heck Yeah!
