After the events of September 11th led her to leave her career as a flight attendant, Shanquita invested her final paycheck of $467 into candle-making supplies. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into a thriving business built on determination, creativity, and the belief that fragrance has the power to transform any space. With a background in the U.S. Air Force, Shanquita brings discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of community to her business. She is passionate about creating opportunities for others and actively advocates for the disabled community by providing job skills training and employment opportunities.
