Our malt comes from the best malting plants in Germany, our hops from family farms in Hallertau and Tettnang. For an extra dose of taste, we use aroma hops from Europe, America and Oceania. We reinterpret traditional beer styles and experiment with hops and yeast to create new taste experiences. We don't filter our beers and we don't pasteurize them, which means that our beers have an intense taste.
