Caio Belfiori is a designer who started his journey in the world of ceramics in 2019, creating a brand that brings artistry into an otherwise mass-produced market. His first line of products, entitled “The Moody Collection,” is an exciting set of porcelain tableware that aims to celebrate human emotions and feelings by attributing facial expressions to everyday objects that seem to come alive and reflect a world of fantasy, clearly influenced by Asian culture, such as Toy Art or Japanese Kawawar Aii. As a result, these objects do not only fulfill a practical function, but go beyond, by communicating, entertaining, and engaging the user, and serve to remind us that life should never be taken too seriously.
