Hi Sheila! Thank you for your review and your business! I hate that your second order did not meet your standards. I have provided my photos and videos to a Faire representative that reflect the items during the packing process to appropriately assess. The photos and description provided in the damage report do not reflect unsellable items, and I will be happy to move forward in the way the representative believes is best. My attempt to contact you directly to resolve the matter both via Faire messaging and via telephone were not responded to, as I stated via both outlets, I would have been happy to replace and ship any items at no extra cost to you. However, I believe resolving through Faire is best. Your review is appreciated as well as your multiple orders. I hope to continue to be a wholesale supplier to your business going forward.
