My name is Teresa, and I have recently started creating items for public consumption that I feel are beautiful, unique and provide for different interests. While new to selling to the general public, I have been creating and selling privately in some manner for several years. So with encouragement from family and friends I decided to open my shop! Most of my wood is locally sourced by my partner, Neil, who claims dead falls and other fallen timber. I kiln dry, then plane the wood. This is where the real finishing starts! It can take awhile to decide what to do with the pieces he brings me...then BOOM! an idea washes over me and I literally feel it. With very small exception, all of our pieces are created with one-of-a-kind resin molds. Always original, unique pieces! From the raw beginnings in the woods of Newfoundland to our workshop to your beautiful shop and then home...these pieces have been created and handled with love.Read their story
