We are a team that works with passion, a small family business that has always done this, where everyone is personally committed. We wholeheartedly believe in what we do and in the quality of our products. We only prepare products that we also love to eat. Every day we source the freshest vegetables, the healthiest and juiciest fruits, the tastiest meats, from the best breeders and growers we have discovered. We have known many of them for a long time. We continue to seek and test others. We personally choose each raw material, doing so with a love for a job well done and to ensure the authentic taste that each of our specialties must have. We use these ingredients to prepare recipes that we continue to refine: they are traditional recipes from Langhe and Piedmont, along with those from the best regional cuisines of Italy, with small sparks of innovation where appropriate. We are never driven by the desire to amaze, but by the commitment to delight the palate of the most discerning gourmets. Everything is prepared in a healthy way. Did you know that we produce everything (absolutely everything) in our Cascina? It is the faithful heir of the Benedictine tradition developed in the Abbey built on this plot of land in the countryside of Alba since the beginning of the year 1000.
