My name is Starr Carter and I am a candlemaker here in Greenwood, SC. ScentPerbUlous offers the best in handmade candles. Our natural ingredients make it easy to keep up with your relaxation needs in a sustainable way. Since starting the business, I’ve done many craft shows, and now my candles are in other stores as well as my own storefront that I opened 4/9/2022. As a woman, that is African-American it is important to me to leave a legacy to my adult son, and for my family.
