The Powerful Pepper Company’s origins literally grew out of the garden. The first sauces came as a direct result of growing too many habaneros and working to find the most delicious way to preserve all of those spicy peppers for use all year long. Jay's history working in short order, and fine dining kitchens, with a lifelong passion for sharing food and using ingredients of exceptional freshness and quality bring these products to life. Jay continues to keep his hands dirty in the garden and grows rare pepper varietals that can be found in some products as well as sourcing the freshest local ingredients possible for his products. We proudly manufacture our products locally in Georgia and are a locally owned and boot-strapped small business. We have been fortunate to have had many of our products earn awards from the top spicy food shows and competitions around the country. Read their story
