The result is a brand with a foundation for global growth through the introduction of products developed with contemporary research and innovation. Our vision is to capitalize on our initial success and explosive growth over the past 8 months in the haircare space and expand the product offerings to include to skin and body care. We envision a brand who builds trust with its customer base through daily interactions to educate and empower them to make informed decisions leading to a healthier lifestyle. Our brand was born out a biotechnology company, Vanadis Inc., founded in 2014 with the mission of preventing dangerous allergic reactions in people worldwide. Shortly after founding, Vanadis was awarded a multiyear contract by the FDA, to develop laboratory test to detect harmful ingredients in cosmetics. The FDA directed Vanadis to purchase 75 products identified by the FDA as potentially containing harmful ingredients. These products were bought off the shelves of major retailer and of the products we tested, 59 tested positive for harmful latex antigenic proteins. Six of these were also found to contain false or misleading claims on their labeling. These shocking results inspired us to scientifically develop a line of products made with only clean, safe ingredients.Read their story
