The videos make this product look so fantastic. In reality, the only difference between these and the inexpensive facial twinkle razors is the packaging. They are very tiny and feel quite cheap. The starter kit comes with one facial wipe, which isn't indicated & refills do not come in a box as pictured they come in a cardboard carton. Beware! These items are not returnable. I am extremely disappointed.
