About Heartland Designs
Welcome to Heartland Designs! A small husband and wife ran woodshop in Minnesota. A fourth-generation craftsman, working with American hardwoods is in our blood. With each structure we dismantle we're preserving our past through craftsmanship that endures time itself. To date we have salvaged multiple barns, sheds and garages in the middle of the Heartland of America. From start to finish HrtlndDesigns will work with you one on one to create your inspiration. I purchased from this brand 10 times and I had quality issues 3 times..The owner now refuses to sell to me. I am disappointed because I genuinely liked the frames...Buyer beware!

Thank you for the review. Our company fulfilled 1437 orders in the last 12 months. Of those, there were issues with 26 orders in total. 21 of which were due to damaged goods in the shipping process or a .01% breakage rating. That left us with 5 orders with claims outside of shipping. Your company attributed 3 of the 5. While we recognize your loyalty to our brand by placing 9 orders (not ten as mentioned) it is not a sound business plan to continue our relationship with your brand. We worked with you outside of Faire and sent replacements at 100% our cost in order to find a resolution. Many of the issues at hand could have been prevented with the retailer carefully reading the item's description.
