Hey there! I’m Dennis. As a kid, I loved snacks—especially family-size bags of sour cream and onion chips, which I’d eat alone multiple times a week. By 5th grade, I was the most overweight kid in my class, bullied for my size. That moment shaped me. I studied nutrition, started exercising and transformed my health. Years later, I founded JiveHealth, a company dedicated to helping kids build healthy eating habits. Our work won an award from the Partnership for a Healthier America and First Lady Michelle Obama. That promise- to make healthy eating easier- led to Yammy, which is the result of a lifelong journey toward better food. At Yammy, we create snacks that are as nutritious as they are delicious.
