I regularly roast my signature beans in small-batches as a member of the Shared Roasting facility in Brooklyn NY, and often partner with like minded suppliers & roasters. By collaborating with inspiring artisan roasters from around the country we create limited edition offerings, while I benefit from the spectrum of green coffees, logistics, philosophies, and wisdom each partnership has to offer.
