Right to be Relevant Affirmation Decks and journals empower people to show up for the most important relationship we have - the relationship with ourselves. Cait Berry is the writer and creator behind Right to be Relevant, based in Nashville, TN. When she first started raising her own self-awareness and making herself relevant 5 years ago, she would write down helpful reminders on popsicle sticks and place them in a jar on her dresser. In the morning before she started her day, or in moments where she felt out of alignment, she'd turn to this jar for grounding reminders. The Right to be Relevant Affirmation Decks are her way of sharing these popsicle sticks of wisdom with the world! She ran with this idea and wrote 75 original affirmations from her heart - knowing from experience that these are the exact words people need to hear as they learn to set boundaries, be kind to themselves, live authentically, and everything in between.
