Timmys Pastime BBQ, Inc was started with the love of BBQ and smoked foods but has now has rapidly grown into a snack food manufacture in Bismarck, North Dakota. Our business has been producing commercially for less that 3 years. Smoked Pistachios are our flagship products. Sourced from the San Joaquin Valley, our pistachios are shipped to North Dakota to be seasoned and kissed a touch of true natural fruit wood smoked flavor.
