While women make up about 70% of the labor force on coffee farms, they are often shut out of management and ownership. That's why we source exclusively from women producers. When women have decision-making power, more resources are invested into social and environmental initiatives, leading to better outcomes for families and communities. Land and people prosper—and you, my friend, get a damn fine cup of coffee. Owner-roasters Kimberly Helms and Sara Gibson firmly believe that coffee should be both delicious AND impactful. They source high-quality coffee from exceptional farms, co-ops, and washing stations, and roast it in Austin, TX with a winning combo of heart, craft, and science.
