About Natalie Jo Wright

I create museum-quality fine art prints from my original paintings — from best-selling woodland animals and cats to portraits and pop-surrealist works. My work blends fine art and design, rooted in both traditional craft and contemporary storytelling. I hold a BFA from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and an MFA in Textile Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Over the years, I’ve created art that lives in homes and public spaces — from my “Mustachio” wallpaper, a Brooklyn-based Flavor Paper classic since 2008, to large-scale animal paintings exhibited throughout Madison, Wisconsin. What makes my brand unique is the balance of playfulness and depth — pieces that are both whimsical and bold, with a sense of humor, tenderness, and connection to everyday life. My practice is always expanding, from woodland creatures and feline muses to portraits of cultural icons, ensuring a fresh and evolving collection for boutiques and collectors. I also strive to minimize waste by reusing shipping materials whenever possible.
