Our oyster crackers are big and made to be “cracked” directly into your soup bowl. What makes our crackers special is their smooth buttery taste and delightful crunch that adds flavor and texture to your meal. Our family believes in keeping things simple – and our crackers are made with just five simple ingredients, including real butter, with no additives, no added sugar, and no preservatives or artificial flavors. We developed the recipe based on our long-standing family traditional meal of eating Oyster Stew on Christmas Eve and began hand-rolling and baking our crackers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
