I founded this space because I was over with and felt burned out on the wellness & beauty industry (and still am). From diet culture to 10 step beauty routines, to the next new diet trend and entitlement, I’ve had it. I wanted to go back to a time where an aspect of our daily bodily nourishment was simple, fun and easily approached, just the way I grew up experiencing it. When I am not at work attending to the most intimate part of our patient’s (their cells), I am at school, studying or home slowly enjoying my tea rituals and attending to my toddler. Throughout my "busy,” tea has always been a constant. Tea, the most popular beverage in the world, is an age old remedy for personal and social wellbeing.
