“A tradition spanning more than three centuries, a patient work, made up of ancient recipes, natural materials, times and expectations that we are no longer used to; But the result of every single piece is such a mixture of beauty and wonder that still surprises me every time. Whether they are reproductions for museums, decorative compositions or collector's pieces, the most vivid emotion is always to feel the thread that still binds me to the great Italian wax masters vibrate.” Graduated from the European Institute of Design, I worked many years as a graphic designer combining my profession with a passion for craftsmanship. After accidentally discovering a collection by Garnier Valletti, a 19th century master ceroplast, I fell in love with this ancient and forgotten art, so as not to abandon it again. Now, after years spent studying it in my laboratory at the foot of the Alps, I create botanical collections for museums, universities, botanical gardens and private collectors.
