About Elise Artisan Nuts

Elise Artisan Nuts (formerly High Cotton Company) was established in 2017 when Lisa Kirkpatrick, a mother turned entrepreneur, transformed her love of cooking into an artisanal nut company. She originally made her famous cashews as personal gifts for her children’s teachers. However, after years of encouragement from friends, family, and gift recipients, she decided to share her love of cooking with the world by creating her own company. Just a few months after she began selling her made from scratch, small batch recipes at farmer’s markets, she won the Flavor of Georgia Award and began receiving orders as quickly as she could fill them. Through Elise Artisan Nuts, Lisa focuses on creating high quality, unique nuts to enjoy as a personal snack, as a compliment to a charcuterie board, or given as a beautifully packaged gift. Using our selection of fresh, premium ingredients, recipients of Elise products can be assured they are handcrafted in small batches just for them.Read their story
