Pet-Joy® is a Dutch lifestyle brand for people who strive to give their pets the same level of joy and luxury as themselves. Starting with the introduction of the ‘1992’ Original DoggyBagg, Pet-Joy has been a leading brand of dog beds in Europe for 30 years now. In 2018 we restyled the brand and extended the portfolio to include products for all moments that are important in a pet's life. We developed new, innovative, high-quality dog beds for all places where a dog likes to rest. This includes wool blankets, travel blankets, dog pillows, dog nests, baskets and bench mats. Imaginative product names such as The DoggySiësta, The DoggySnuggle, The DoggyTeddy and The Pet-Joy Cozy have guided the products on their way to numerous homes and more importantly, to numerous happy dogs. But as there is more in a dog’s life than resting. We started to expand the portfolio in 2020 even further, to include products for other important moments as well. Such as The DoggyToy (toys), The DoggyFresh (shampoos and conditioners), The DoggyBowl (food and drink bowls), The DoggyWalker (collars/leashes), The DoggySnack (snacks) and The Pet-Joy Care (probiotic sprays for hygiene and health). All products share the same core values. Pet-Joy products are of high-quality and unique. They improve quality of life and they express joy. Their feeling is a feeling of luxury. At the beginning, everything was fantastic until problems started to occur on arrival to the UK and once received. After that, my messages were constantly read but ignored, which was extremely frustrating. I received items where the expiration dates had clearly been removed, and some items were missing altogether. I received empty boxes instead. Very disappointing experience.
