Here at Norio Knots, our primary focus is the production of affordable and conscious accessories accessible to everyone from all walks of life. Each piece is produced in my home studio on a made-to-order basis only. This guarantees the fabric is handled as little as possible, and retains its freshness. I am self-taught in macramé, crochet and sewing. When the long and cold winter nights would arrive, I would often take up a new hobby each winter in order to remain productive, but also to bring joy and a sense of accomplishment. Other hobbies have included the guitar (terrible, but must love a trier), soap and candle making. However, the therapeutic repetition of macramé and crochet allowed me to clear my mind and feel a unique calm. Being able consciously acknowledge how good it made me feel, my craft kits were born of wanting to share that inner calm with others and simply share the love. I am extremely proud to say that I have been selected as an Etsy Seller Spotlight, Etsy Editor Picks, featured in the The Guardian and appeared on Kirstie's Handmade Christmas. Only the finest and softest cotton cord is used and delighted to share the fabric is OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified meaning it's kind to skin and the environment.
