In 2012, founder Stanley Chase III forgot to set a timer on his vegan manapua recipe and overcooked the BBQ soy protein by mistake. He then did it over a million more times, on purpose, with the intention of bringing the world one of the finest jerky's ever tasted. From day one, our ingredients have been Non-GMO certified, made in small batches and with freshly sourced Kentucky ingredients.
