We are craftsmen and manufacturers of Provencal sweet products. Our factory is located in Cuers in the Var. We offer you * A range of 35 jams, 19 of which are regional. We source fruit, mainly from local market gardeners. Our jams are made with 60% fruit, pieces and cane sugar, without coloring or preservatives. * A range of 9 chestnut creams made with 60% French chestnuts and cane sugar, without coloring or preservatives. All of our chestnut jams and creams are cooked the old-fashioned way, in copper cauldrons. * A range of 18 references of syrups made from fruit pulp, natural flavors and cane sugar, without coloring or preservatives.
