The Wagyu Beef Factory company presents its range of traditional products made from wagyu beef. Our farm is located between the Bay of Somme and Authie, 100% French. Oxen grow in pasture until they are 2 years old, then fattened and massaged with a rotating brush for 450 days. A healthy and non-GMO diet, based on rapeseed cereals and flaxseed meal, produced on the farm's land. The preparation of our products is cooked and produced by the Charcuterie du Moulin in Sarthe in the pure French tradition. Traditional preparations in a brand new manufacturing unit, equipped with quality management systems (safety and security), guaranteeing complete transparency in procedures. Microbiological samples and analysis are carried out on each of our productions, guaranteeing optimal health quality.
