Artist Bio: Paul was born in Nuremburg, Germany (miltary kid) in 1965. When he was six years old his family moved to Odenton, Maryland. He played youth sports and travel team soccer. He was a three-year starter for Arundel and Meade varsity soccer teams. In 1985 he attended West Virginia University and played on the varsity soccer team. In 1988, his sophomore year he created Personalized Sports Art™, and the WVU sports department published 13 of his drawings. By the time he graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Landscape Architecture (BSLA) degree he had 21 works of art published. Paul is a self-taught artist never taking an art class at WVU. Upon graduation in 1989 he was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD. In 1991 he started his Landscape Design and Art business. Later that year the Baltimore Orioles hired him to create works of art commemorating the closing of Memorial Stadium. In 1992 the Orioles hired him to create limited edition artwork of Camden Yards for merchandising, commemorating the inaugural season. In 1993 the Orioles commissioned him to create limited edition artwork of Camden Yards for MLB ALL STAR week and game.” They bestowed him with the title ,“Official Artist for 1993 All Star game. In 1994 Orioles asked Paul to design the franchises 40th anniversary logo for merchandising.
