Since 2006, La Monarca Bakery has been recreating Mexico's favorite cookies, coffees and beverages using high quality, simple ingredients, without artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Based in Los Angeles, La Monarca Bakery has twelve retail bakery cafes and is beloved by Hispanic and mainstream audiences.
