Christina Kerndal is the owner and the heart and soul of Ritual. For more than 20 years she has worked in design and import. Christina takes great pride in designing and providing distinctive, high quality jewelry to her clientele. Ritual is a line of beautifully handcrafted sterling silver, copper and brass jewelry. Every piece is designed in Santa Barbara CA and handmade in India. Ritual is committed to keeping traditional handcrafted silversmith methods alive and works exclusively with artisan silversmiths in long-lasting, caring relationships. “All our materials are reused, recycled and reclaimed whenever possible and we always encourage environmentally sustainable practices throughout the entire production chain.” Over the years Christina has developed a caring relationship and a deep love for India and its people. Christina is not only committed to keep traditional handcrafted silversmith methods alive, she is also a sponsor of the Sambhali Trust. This is a non-profit charitable organization based in Jodhpur, India whose focus is the development and empowerment of women and girls in Rajasthan, through education and employment.Read their story
