Founded in 2019 by Jessica Blankson, Blanksn was born from a deep passion for fashion, fine jewellery, and the empowerment of women but also from a personal moment of reflection and resilience. Just before her 25th birthday, Jessica went in for a routine smear test that revealed cancerous cells, leading to a cone biopsy. Thankfully, the cells were caught early. The experience, though difficult, reminded her of the quiet strength that comes from words of encouragement, simple affirmations like “You Got This” and “Believe in Yourself” that offer comfort and courage in uncertain times. That moment sparked the idea for Blanksn: a jewellery brand with purpose at its heart. Designed by Jessica herself, each piece is infused with meaningful quotes that empower, uplift, and inspire women through every stage of life.
