About Mill Creek Apiary

Jason Shoff is a beekeeper in Medford NJ, a suburb of Philadelphia. Jason has been keeping bees for 15 years. His love for bees began as a desire to improve yields in his organic garden, and has grown into an opportunity to share the many incredible honeybee products with the community. Mill Creek Apiary is a small family business, and all products are processed and hand made in house. Most products are sold through their storefront in Medford Village, online, at farmers markets and events, and through local small retailers and supermarkets. Jason believes that honeybee products- honey, beeswax, propolis, and pollen- heal our body inside and out, and should be in everyone's medicine cabinet. Enjoy! Read their story
