About Brave Warrior Essentials

Brave Warrior Essentials came together in a tiny room in the back of a mixed martial arts studio. Initially I became interested in the health benefits of essential oils when caring for my dad. I went on to study clinical aromatherapy and eventually needed a workshop for my supplies. I happened to find space in a tiny little 3 by 5 ft room in the back of a gym filled with athletes and fighters. I found myself creating on-the-spot remedies for people in the gym for strains, sprains, overexertion, nausea. The effectiveness of these pure, simple ingredients was profound to witness, and I felt it was important to make them easy to use and available to everyone. Read their story
