As I sit here and reflect on where or how my business started I find every major life experience has brought me to this point. A few years ago I started making jewelry as a creative therapy during the cold New England months, however I realized my love for both jewelry and desire for entrepreneurship started long before that. I learned the importance of art and creative expression as I used to paint with artist grandmother. Sitting with her to paint was so relaxing and rewarding. As an introvert and someone who suffers with anxiety creating things was a way to express myself. I’d be remiss if I didn’t share that my desire to empower women and make the world a more beautiful place came from my mother. She was an incredibly beautiful soul that showed me the power of empathy, the joy of fun, the strength of your voice, and many other invaluable lessons. She woke up each day with a smile on her face and drive to make the world better. I want my jewelry to inspire every person to do the same.
