Cyprus Rose Candle Co. was born from a simple love of candles—and a desire to make them better. In 2021, our founder Katie was gifted a candle-making kit. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, but during her research into candle ingredients, she discovered a harsh truth: many traditional candles contain toxins that compromise indoor air quality and wellness. That realization lit the flame for something more intentional. Driven by a deep commitment to clean living, sustainability, and aesthetic beauty, Katie began hand-pouring small-batch candles using coconut soy wax, phthalate- and paraben-free fragrances, and lead-free wicks. When she couldn’t find vessels that matched her vision—minimal, reusable, and earthy—she began casting her own with concrete, adding a raw, organic element that became the brand’s signature. Today, Cyprus Rose Candle Co. is about more than candles—it’s about creating rituals of calm, spaces of peace, and products that reflect your values.
